By applying for and accepting financial assistance from Treasured Pets Foundation, all applicants and recipients agree to the following terms and conditions:

Medical Disclaimer
I understand that Treasured Pets Foundation is not responsible for the outcome of any medical diagnosis, procedure, or treatment—whether funded in whole or in part by the organization.

• Treasured Pets also bears no responsibility for any decision to deny or withhold funding, in full or in part.

Media and Release
I understand and agree to provide a written or video testimonial about a pet’s success story within seven (7) days after treatment.

Liability Waiver
I agree to hold Treasured Pets Foundation harmless for any damages, losses, or negative outcomes resulting from:

• The denial of funding

• The outcome of any treatment supported by Treasured Pets

Limited Funding Availability
Treasured Pets Foundation operates with limited resources and strives to allocate funds responsibly and equitably.

• The Foundation does not discriminate based on age, gender, race, religious affiliation, or any other protected class.

• However, the Foundation reserves the right to deny funding to any applicant for any reason, including but not limited to the availability of funds or non-compliance with program terms.

Agreement Scope and Enforcement

• This agreement is final and binding. It may not be modified or assigned by the applicant.

• By applying for aid, I acknowledge that this digital application constitutes my agreement to all terms and serves as my signature.

• I waive the application of any laws that conflict with these terms.
